We’re delighted to announce that Phase 1 Harbour Reach, Whitstable, has been named a Regional Winner at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025, in the category of Best Medium Volume New Housing Development.
This recognition celebrates the exceptional quality, design, and collaboration that went into delivering Harbour Reach, a thoughtfully designed coastal development that combines craftsmanship, sustainability, and community living.
As a regional winner, Harbour Reach will now go forward to the LABC Grand Finals, taking place at Grosvenor House, London in January 2026.

Samantha's seamless move to a house with a view at Dairy Fields

When Samantha Eastwood decided it was time to move on from her property in Strood, Kent, she didn’t realise how easy the process was going to be.
The second stepper turned to Rightmove in search of properties for sale in the Medway, visiting a number of available houses before booking an appointment at Aspire Homes’ Dairy Fields development in Allhallows.
“When looking at other properties, I couldn’t help but find fault with them,” comments Sam. “In some cases, I didn’t like the location when I arrived. During other viewings, I was surprised at just how much work needed to be completed in the property.”
Sam arrived at Dairy Fields and was instantly bowled over by the locale. “I loved the area and the views from the development – it’s just what I was looking for.” Buyers at the development are surrounded by farmland and enjoy panoramic views.
Sam settled on a three-bedroom property, with off road parking, en-suite to the master bedroom and a spacious kitchen-diner.
