Our guide floorplans are just that – open to reasonable interpretation and adjustment, within our prescribed parameters. There’s a generous allowance of space to create a number of reception rooms, a cloakroom, a utility room and a home office/study on the ground floor. The first floor can follow one of several layouts for unrivalled flexibility, as follows:

• Three oversized bedrooms each with an en suite
• Four bedrooms, with two en suites and a family bathroom
• Five bedrooms with three en suites and a family bathroom

Storage spaces, detached garaging and off street parking are as standard to each house type. What might catch your eye are differentiating details, such as a balcony to the principal bedroom, a dedicated dressing room or multiple bifold doors.
